Recently bought Sigur Ros' latest release, 'Inni', which is a double disc live album with DVD of the the live footage from the concert which took place in Alexandra Palace, London, in 2008.
This is the first live album from Sigur Ros, which also marks their return to the scene after a a hiatus since 2010.
There are various editions of 'Inni', but I bought the Blu-Ray edition which suits me perfectly.
The concert footage is mesmerizing, hypnotizing, simply magical, and it is monochromatic. I watched the Blu-Ray and it makes the whole movie perfect.
The double live album is also perfect. The sound of the recording is nice, it captures the whole ambience of the live concert.
For Sigur Ros fans, this is a perfect addition for your collection. This live album also serves as an 'appetizer' before their new album comes out (which is expected to be released in 2012) and their upcoming tour in 2012.
